Order: Please complete the order form on our website. You will not be able to order an item if it's not in stock, however if any problems occur, then we shall contact you immediately. Items in stock will normally be delivered within 15 days. If this is not possible for whatever reason you will be notified by e-mail.
Payment: We accept card payments on-line via Secure Trading as they are the daddies of on-line payment security. We do not accept any cash, wire transfers, cheques, or any other form of payment other than PAY PAL and CREDIT CARDS sorry.

Availability: Whilst we will endeavor to keep our site up to date with the very latest information on our products and stock, we may find ourselves unable to complete orders. In this case we will contact you with options on alternative products/sizes/colours or a date for when specific items will be back in stock and available for shipment. Every effort has been made to show all garments as accurately as possible in terms of colour and fabric however limitations in production and screen display may result in variations from actual garments.

Delivery:

To our fast  growing customer base, the overwhelming response to our expressive brand has been growing at such a pace that we have found it necessary to make our delivery time a bit flexible,explained below.
Under normal circumstances orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days making a delivery time of 10 days'

If the shirt you order is in being reprinted,due to demand, it's about 10 days until we ship ,which may bring the delivery time to 20 days .



Returns:

Please use return@official-fa-q.com for the address for all return items and correspondence  
1.   Inform us via the above e-mail address the reason and detail explanation for your return along with your Original Order NUMBER. A reply e-mail will be sent back to you within 12 hours with the address that your product was manufactured and you need to return product to.. You MUST contact us first otherwise we won't know why you're sending it to us or what you want us to do about it.
2. Package the unworn shirt or damaged item in an envelope or a box.
3. Insure your package to ship it to us.
4. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card holder that the goods were purchased with. Items that were discount purchases will have the shipping and handling charges deducted from the returned amount. If these details are not provided it may delay your card refund. When returning goods please ensure you obtain proof of posting from your post office and provide that registered mail or tracking number to us via email with the original Order Number so we can be aware to accept and provide immediately attention & service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods, which do not arrive back with us.

It’s easier than wasting money on gas or petrol going back and forth to the Mall.
